All Sales Final
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference changes after purchase
- Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our sole discretion.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unique situations may arise. Requests submitted outside of the circumstances described above may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any exception, refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit is granted solely at the discretion of EXMNDS and does not establish an obligation to provide similar accommodations in the future.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Customers who experience an issue with their order are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
We are committed to working in good faith to address legitimate concerns whenever possible.
